The safari continues to be a key highlight of our program. Unless you go, it is hard to even imagine the sounds and sights (even some of the smells) that one experiences on a safari. The roar of lion thunders through the night, even though it is several kilometers away. A chill runs through your spine. The adrenaline races as you watch a lioness hunt down a zebra. For some this is disturbing but for all it is amazing. Equally beautiful are the hippopotami, they seem at peace, and even graceful, as they swim in the water. The safari concludes the 3 week program and lasts 7 days. The pictures below are all taken by our participants and director while on the safari. |
