Activities/ Excursions

Our students will interact with local students in the community. This has several benefits including increased exposure to and practice of Spanish but will also provide our students a unique opportunity to make friends in Don Benito and to share and learn from them. They will be our guides in the local region and will host several activities. |
|
|
Some of the activities include:
- art
- local theatre
- live music
- museums
- photography
- swimming
- various physical activities such as basket ball, soccer, hiking, and tennis

We will also go on several excursions to various sites in and around Don Benito. These include:
- Full day excursions to Madrid including Iglesia de San Nicolás de los Servitas, Casa de los Lujanes
- Full day excursions to Seville including visiting La Real Maestranza de Caballería, Giralda Tower, and Alcazar
- Full day excursions to Cáceres including the Castle Herguijuelas
- Mid week excursions to Merida, Medellín, Trujillo including the Roman Aqueduct Los Milagros, and the Temple of Artemis
